How to clean and improve abs balls

Video: How to clean ABS balls

In this video we show you how you can clean ABS balls so that they can be played like the good old celluloid balls again.

No more white stains on your rubber

A big problem since the switch to plastic balls is the floury layer of dust on the balls, which leaves annoying white stains on the rubbers.

However, stains are the minor problem – much worse is that the balls slip off the rubber due to the dust and no longer have any grip. You hardly have a chance to play balls with high speed and a lot of spin, which is probably the main reason why the new plastic balls are quite unpopular with many players.

The solution: the new ball cleaner CLEANSI 3000

With the CLEANSI 3000 the annoying layer of dust can be quickly and easily removed from plastic balls. The result is a table tennis ball that finally has grip again and can be played like an old celluloid ball.

How can you remove the dust from Table tennis balls?

IN THIS VIDEO WE SHOW YOU HOW FAST AND EASY IT IS TO CLEAN THE BALLS AND IMPROVE THEIR PLAYING CHARACTERISTICS.

All you need is an old table tennis rubber, the CLEANSI 3000 and of course a dusty ball. Place one of the sanding pads between the ball and the CLEANSI 3000 (writing upwards). With circular and straight movements alternately rub the ball on the surface of your old rubber. You will quickly see how much dust and dirt remains on the surface.

Your ball now has a nice smooth surface with good grip and takes the spin much better now. Make the before and after comparison.

how to glue table tennis rubbers

In this video we will show you how to glue a table tennis rubber correctly.
All you need is: Table tennis blade and rubber, glue with clamp and sponge, a roller to press the rubber on and sharp scissors. If you want to speed up the drying process, you can also use a hair dryer.

In this video we use our glue CONNECT for this purpose. This adhesive is suitable for all kinds of rubbers and can be easily removed again.
However, if you prefer a slightly thicker glue or if you play a rubber with a coarse, open-pored sponge, CONNECT + will probably do better. This adhesive is slightly thicker in consistency, but is processed in exactly the same way as the thinner CONNECT.
Both are latex-based glues for table tennis rubbers (VOC free) and can be easily removed from blade and sponge. Multiple gluing of rubbers is therefore possible without any problems.

Have fun with the video!
